Well done to everyone who took part today and to Neil Samuel and his helpers at Corus Multi-Sport (Tata Steel) for successfully hosting the event in difficult circumstances and for producing the results.

Lewys Hobbs (Swansea Harriers MMTG) was a clear winner in the mens race from team mates Dan Gurmin and Marc Hobbs.
.
In the ladies race Port Talbot Harrier Claire Phillips gained her second successive League victory with team mate Sandra Pinkham second and Brackla Harrier Charlotte Johns third.
.
Four athletes were disqualified for wearing headphones and/or not showing their race number at the finish. The reasons for the disqualification are (a) it causes enormous problems for our officials and ultimately affects the results and (b) athletes cannot hear instructions from race marshals. Anyone wearing headphones in future races will be automatically disqualified.

Results below are provisional as teams have to be checked before sorting out League tables.
